The number one priority at Vortimac is making sure every customer is satisfied. Every email received will be responded to promptly.
Usually, I'm sitting in front of my laptop. When I see a question about a product, I answer it immediately (assuming I know the answer right away). In the case that I'm not
around at the time, I regularly check my email every day - so you'll get a response quickly. You'll always get a personal response, not an auto-response generated by
a computer. Furthermore, I'll work with you to make sure that your request is resolved.
The primary support option is via email, and you can use the convenient online form if you don't want to leave the browser. To help me answer your question(s) as quickly as possible, the following information is often helpful:
The version of the product you are using. This can be found by choosing the “About (Application)” menu item in the “(Application)” menu. |
The version of OS X you are using. |
A description of the problem you are having, as well as a description of how to repeat the problem (if possible). |

for faqs and new release information.
